VBS

Each year Mendota Evangelical Free Church hosts a wonderful VBS where 4 year olds and up through 5th grade enjoy many activities. It is also a great time for parents and students alike to meet new friends.
VBS features:

An opening rally in the meeting hall where the kids will enjoy a song time and learn bible verses.
Individual class time where students will meet new friends, learn verses and other various activities.
Each age group will enjoy a separate craft and snack time.
We also have a closing program on the Friday night following our week of VBS and we encourage all parents, family members and friends to attend. The children work hard all week working on their crafts, learning their songs and verses for the program and they enjoy being able to have their parents and friends come and see their crafts and what they’ve learn

This program has a sea adventure theme with God's word
being taught to be true, comforting, surprising, and life-changing.
If you are bringing your children and/or are interested in helping out, there
are needs for crew leaders, game leaders, snack organizers, bible teachers etc.
